Refund & Cancellation

Either party may cancel an active engagement by giving fourteen (14) days' written notice to the other. The Client remains liable for all work performed and all non-cancellable third-party costs committed up to the cancellation date.

The 50% deposit secures studio time, crew availability and pre-production resources. Deposits are non-refundable once pre-production has commenced. If you cancel before any work begins, the deposit is refunded in full minus a 10% administration fee.

Cancellation or rescheduling of confirmed shoot dates incurs the following fees, calculated on the production-day rate:

• 14+ days notice — no fee
• 7 – 13 days notice — 25% of the day rate
• 2 – 6 days notice — 50% of the day rate
• Less than 48 hours — 100% of the day rate

Monthly retainers (post-production, media marketing, ongoing development) renew automatically. You may cancel any future renewal with thirty (30) days' written notice. The current month is non-refundable. Unused retainer hours do not roll over beyond the following month.

Refunds may be granted in the following situations:

• Cancellation prior to project kick-off (deposit, less 10%)
• Failure by MT World to deliver agreed scope after a 14-day cure period
• Duplicate or accidental payment

Refunds are not granted for change of mind once work has started, dissatisfaction with creative direction that was approved, or delays caused by the Client.

Send a written request to info@mtsolut.com including the invoice number, project name and reason. We acknowledge requests within three (3) business days and resolve eligible refunds within fourteen (14) business days using the original payment method.

We aim to resolve every concern amicably. If a dispute cannot be settled directly, both parties agree to attempt mediation before starting any legal proceedings, in accordance with our Terms & Conditions.
