Delivery Policy

All MT World services are delivered digitally. We do not ship physical goods. Final assets are made available through one or more of the following channels:

• Secure download link (WeTransfer Pro, Frame.io, Dropbox)
• Client cloud folder (Google Drive, OneDrive)
• Direct deployment for web and e-commerce projects
• Source code repository access (GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket)

Indicative timelines for our most common services, calculated from the project kick-off date:

• Photography retouching: 5 – 10 business days
• Short-form video (≤ 60s): 7 – 14 business days
• Long-form / campaign film: 3 – 6 weeks
• E-commerce store build: 4 – 8 weeks
• IT development project: scoped per engagement

Final delivery dates are confirmed in the signed quote and may shift if approvals, assets or feedback are delayed.

Deliverables are considered accepted when the Client signs off, uses them publicly, or fails to respond within seven (7) calendar days of receiving the final files. Accepted deliverables are no longer subject to revisions under the original scope.

The number of included revision rounds is specified in the quote for each package. Additional rounds, or changes that fall outside the agreed creative direction, are billed at our standard hourly rate disclosed in the quote.

MT World retains project files (raw footage, RAW photos, design source files, source code) for ninety (90) days after final delivery. Long-term archival (12+ months) is available as a paid add-on. Clients are responsible for storing their own copies of the final deliverables.

In the rare event that we cannot deliver by the agreed date due to circumstances under our control, we will notify you in writing and propose either a revised schedule or a partial refund proportional to the affected scope.
